Approaches to culture and health cooperation in the Baltic Sea Region
Public
We are delighted to invite you to an interactive online event dedicated to “Approaches to culture and health cooperation in the Baltic Sea Region”. We are especially excited as during the event we will be launching “Talking Points: Arts and Health in Communities” guide that we have developed in collaboration with Northern Dimension Partnership in Public Health and Social Well-being (NDPHS).
The potential benefits of art and culture for health and well-being have been well studied and proven – but how to turn theory into practice? Which methods and approaches can we use to create cooperation between the health and cultural sectors that result in positive health outcomes? The Baltic Sea Region is rich in examples of such interventions, and approaches such as “Arts on Prescription” have been successfully piloted in several countries.
In this interactive online event, we want to showcase concrete examples of arts and health actions taken in our region and give a stage to the people who made them a reality. Join us to learn about different ideas and methods and become part of a developing community of enthusiastic arts and health practitioners.

We warmly invite you to share the information about this event with anyone you think might be interested and apologise in case you receive it multiple times.
