The NDPC, a continuous partnership of 10 member countries, is excited to welcome Ukraine. This addition not only enriches the NDPC’s cultural network but also stands as a statement of unity and support for Ukraine amidst ongoing Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine.

In her speech Ms. Dibrova formally announced that the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine had accepted the invitation to join the Partnership as an observer.

The Partnership focuses on knowledge sharing, emphasizing the crucial role of art and culture in addressing global challenges and fostering sustainable development. The NDPC is very much looking forward to the exchange and practical collaborations to advance this mission alongside its peers in Ukraine.
