We are looking for an intern!
The NDPC secretariat is looking for a dynamic and efficient student or graduate in international relations, cultural management, project management, organisational governance, or other relevant study fields (Bachelor’s or Master’s)!
As an aspiring intern,
you’re ideally a student or recent graduate in international relations, cultural management, project management, organisational governance or other relevant study field . We are ready to train you, but your toolkit of skills should include:
- A passionate drive for continuous learning and excelling;
- A team player attitude, strong communication, and interpersonal skills;
- At least C1 level in both written and spoken English (working language)
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications;
- An independent, proactive personality
The main tasks of the intern:
- Assisting in administrative tasks (e.g., meeting coordination, document management, preparation of reports, communication handling)
- Assisting the development of the project applications ( e.g. research and analysis related to the creative industries sector)
- Creative input ( e.g. brainstorming sessions, design assistance, feedback gathering)
- Assisting in the event organisation ( e.g. event planning, logistics management, project monitoring);
- Other day-to-day tasks of the secretariat.

- You may get academic credit from your institution of higher education for the internship. Check with your university to confirm their academic credit policy for internships;
- The internship is unpaid, all costs must be borne by either the intern or traineeship support programme (for example, Erasmus+, if you are not a local).
The internship setup is flexible – this can also be a remote or hybrid internship. It can be part-time or full-time depending on the requirements of your university or other arrangements. The internship should preferably start in March 2025, but we can also negotiate internships in later semesters. The internship duration is a minimum of 12-16 weeks with a minimum total of 160 working hours or more if your university or the traineeship support programme (Erasmus+ for example) requires so.
