A leadership transition at the NDPC Secretariat

As NDPC enters a new leadership chapter – with the appointment of Krista Petäjäjärvi as Head of Secretariat – we would like to acknowledge the significant contribution of Dace Resele, who concludes, at the end of March 2026, her tenure in guiding the organization.
Dace: “Over the past seven years, I have seen NDPC grow from a platform for networking into a more strategic and policy-relevant actor, actively linking culture with broader societal challenges such as health, sustainability, and social cohesion. At the same time, the European cultural policy landscape has shifted towards a more cross-sectoral approach, recognising culture’s role in well-being, innovation, and resilience. It has been inspiring to see NDPC contributing to this shift by building bridges across countries and sectors. I am confident it will continue to strengthen its role in shaping cultural cooperation and policy in the years to come.”
We warmly thank Dace for the contribution she has made to the development of the partnership, positioning NDPC as an important actor in cross-collaborations at both national and international levels, and we wish her all the success in the new phase of her professional activities!
Krista Petäjäjärvi’s appointment will begin on 1 April 2026. More information will follow shortly.
