Vacancy Announcement: Arts & Health Specialist / Project Manager

A rare opportunity to join the NDPC Secretariat team – we are looking for an Arts & Health Specialist / Project Manager!
About the position: our new colleague will be responsible for leading and coordinating NDPC’s role in major European arts & health initiatives. The role involves hands-on project management and strategic sector development, with full oversight of NDPC’s role in large projects such as CARE: Culture for Mental Health and the CultureAndHealth Platform – managing deliverables, reporting, budgets, and stakeholder relations, as well as organising international events, workshops, and peer-learning activities.
At the same time, the specialist acts as NDPC’s internal expert on arts & health, and will be a key contributor to policy discussions and to steering advocacy initiatives in close collaboration with NDPC Communications Manager. Beyond project management, the position includes a strong strategic dimension: identifying new funding opportunities, contributing to EU project proposals, building partnerships across cultural, health, and policy sectors, and helping shape NDPC’s long-term positioning and impact in the field. The role requires independent, proactive work within a small and supportive international team.
If this sparked your interest, you are warmly invited to submit your application by 13.05.2026 at the latest. Learn more and download the announcement below (or here).
