EU National Institutes for Culture (EUNIC) and Northern Dimension Partnership on Culture (NDPC) are launching a call for proposals for the development of the Mapping Study and Report: mobility and collaboration funding for the cultural and creative industries sector in Northern Dimension Area. This call is organized within the project “Support to the Northern Dimension Partnership on Culture”.
One of key activities foreseen within the project is creation of an NDPC regional mobility scheme that will build the capacity of regional cultural and creative industry professionals, enhance cross-disciplinary exchanges, intercultural dialogue and explore markets. A regional NDPC mobility scheme could create an added value in terms of boosting creativity, exploring markets and developing careers.
Therefore, EUNIC and NDPC are looking for an author or team of authors to map and analyse the existent mobility and funding mechanisms available for the CCI stakeholders in the Northern Dimension countries. The study should include a needs and context analysis, provide support for strategic positioning of the NDPC in the region and produce a list of recommendations for creating a NDPC mobility and small-scale project grant scheme in the future.
Timeframe and budget
The deliverables should be finalised by mid-September 2021. The detailed timeframe is flexible. The available budget for this piece of work is in the region of 5000- and 10,000-euros including VAT.
