CreativeGPS: Looking back at a journey of growth, collaboration, and career navigation
The CreativeGPS project has officially come to a close, wrapping up an inspiring journey filled with peer learning, skill-building, and meaningful cross-border collaboration.
Designed for creative professionals navigating the often unpredictable realities of today’s job market, the program brought together more than 60 participants from Latvia, Estonia, and Finland – offering a supportive space to grow and connect.
The training program was created to meet the needs of creatives in their career development and during the 7 week period it included both onsite and online workshops led by industry experts. These learning sessions were launched simultaneously in Tallinn, Helsinki, and Riga, and culminated in an international peer gathering—an intensive bootcamp in Tallinn. Over two full days, participants delved deeper into networking, entrepreneurship, career strategy, and collaborative thinking, working both individually and in groups.
The CreativeGPS program was developed through the contributions of more than 15 experts in capacity building for value-driven careers in the arts, culture and creative sectors. By combining such a wide range of strong insights, the program created an immersive environment that boosted confidence, sparked fresh conversations across creative disciplines, and laid the groundwork for lasting international networks.
In addition to the broad array of resources created for workshops and webinars, the project led to its most enduring outcome: the CreativeGPS Workbook.
