We are looking for a communications intern!

Join our team in Spring 2026 – and contribute to the communication backbone of our cultural cooperation projects!
The Northern Dimension Partnership on Culture (NDPC) is now seeking a Communications Intern to join our team for Spring 2026 (on-site).
Looking at the upcoming months, we have big plans coming up – from strengthening the strategic framework of our communication efforts overall, to refreshing our branding and website look, to running several digital communication campaigns and organizing three big cultural conferences, and much more. We are currently leading communications for two large Creative Europe co-funded projects, as well as acting as communications advisor in most of our project portfolio (explore our activities here).
We are now looking for a self-driven, creative, and detail-oriented student (or recent graduate) to join our Communications Manager and gain hands-on experience in a vast range of communication work within an international team operating at the heart of the EU’s cultural sector, at the intersection of cultural policy and hands-on practice. Outstanding English skills, plus professional interest in the arts and international projects, are essential. The internship is unpaid and on-site at our Secretariat office in Riga, with a hybrid work setup (Erasmus+ funding possible).
If this sparked your interest, you are warmly invited to submit your application by January 5th, 2026, at the latest. Learn more and download the full open call here
