NDPC is actively involved in the Northern Dimension and Baltic Sea region cooperation frameworks, being a member of:

• the Coordination Group of the Horizontal Action Neighbours of the European Union Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region (EUSBSR),
• the Steering Group of the PA Culture of the EUSBSR,
• the Northern Dimension Steering Group,
• the Northern Dimension Institute Steering Group.

NDPC is also a member of

• the European Creative Business Network,
• the Culture Action Europe network,
• the On the Move network.

In addition NDPC is also an active member of the Pact for Skills initiative.
