How will our cities grow? CCC launches new movie explainer on circular futures

The Creative Circular Cities (CCC) explainer film starts from a simple observation: cities will continue to grow, and urbanisation will intensify. The question is no longer if this will happen, but what shape this growth will take. Will cities keep following a linear “take–make–waste” model, or can they evolve into circular systems where resources are used more intelligently, shared, and reused?

The CCC project approaches this question through culture and creativity. The new short film introduces how cultural and creative sectors can help cities move towards circular models of living—by changing how we design, use, and value materials, spaces, and services in everyday urban life.
