Open Call: External Expertise for the project BSR Cultural Pearls

The BSR Cultural Pearls project is seeking an external expert to evaluate the impact of its initiative, which promotes social resilience in Baltic Sea Region municipalities through cultural and creative action plans. The selected expert will develop a comprehensive evaluation framework, conduct qualitative assessments, and gather insights through interviews with municipalities awarded the Cultural Pearls title, their mentors, and project partners. The evaluation aims to understand the project’s added value and provide practical recommendations for future iterations. The expert’s work will span from October 2024 to November 2025, with a budget of up to EUR 20,000.

Proposals, including methodology, team information, and cost breakdown, are to be submitted by October 9, 2024.
